Wait for restock: We’ll hold your order and ship it as soon as new stock arrives. (Typically within 2–3 months.)
Immediate Refund or Gift Card: You can choose a full refund minus any applicable stripe's processing fees to your original payment method or a store credit worth 2× your original payment as a thank-you for your patience.
(Example: If your order was $50, you’ll receive $100 in store credit.)
Damaged, Delayed, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll offer you:
A full cash refund minus any applicable stripe's processing fees to your original payment method, or
A store credit worth 2× your purchase value if you’d prefer to reorder or try something else.
Change of Mind
If you’ve simply changed your mind or no longer want the item (and it’s unused and in original condition), you can request:
Store credit for the full purchase amount, or
A refund minus any applicable shipping fees and any applicable stripe's processing fees.
